Mobile Virgin VS15

Hi,
Sorry for my constant posts as you know we were due to fly on Virgin on 27th April. We have paid for our seats on VS15.

Check yesterday evening and the flight has gone and it says were now on the 10am flight?

When I have just gone onto virgin Atlantic and typed in London to Orlando on 27th April the vs15 has disappeared does anyone know a) why this would happen.
B) the seats I've chosen they have disappeared after paying for them?

A) There were not enough sales to viably run both flights, and I expect they can accommodate all the people from your flight on the other flight, so they have canned one of them.

B) I suspect you'll have to ring to resolve that one. If manage my booking allows you to select what you had on this flight free of charge, you might want to rebook them, but I'd ring either way and confirm you're in the seats you paid for or get a refund.

Were you not notified? I always find Virgin very good at information, we have just been told our November flight has been altered by 15 minutes.

Don't apologise, that's what the Dibb is here for

As others have already said Virgin quite often merge the two LGW flights during periods of low demand. Give them a call ASAP and they should be able to reassign your seating.

If you mean the miles from the flight being visible in your points account, they get credited when you take the flight. (I think!)

Yes they should be credited within 72 hours of the actual flight being taken.
