Could almost have written this myself!
No need to plan to the extent you do for WDW. That said, if you want to eat at any table service places, you are best to book in advance. You can phone 60 days in advance but, if you use the Dutch site, you can book even further out. Do use the EMH if you’re on-site. We got loads done like that and even managed Crush in 15 minutes one day. Go expecting it to be different. Don’t keep comparing it to WDW. There are some cracking rides and, as the pp said, better versions of some Disney faves. |
