Hi All,

Just wanted to let you all know that our return visit was amazing, we were upgraded to a Villa Suite which was huge and the bed was so comfortable. They really made up for it and we are planning on a two night stay during our next trip to Orlando.

Thank you all again for your support during what was a very frustrating time.

That looks like such a comfy bed. So pleased that they made up for the earlier shortfall in their service and provision.

I can't believe a quality hotel (at least that is what it is suppose to be) would try and pass off a room with just a sleeper sofa. We decided against having a sleeper sofa in our rental home as we try hard to satisfy our guests and we did not want any of our guests to have to deal with sleeping on a bed that can never be comfortable. (Our children won't even sleep on a sleeper sofa) You must have thought it was a joke when you walked into the room. I cannot imagine entering a hotel room thinking I was getting a king bedroom and find that it was only a sofa bed. If you thought you had booked a king bedroom and that is what you paid for, that is what you should receive. I am amazed that the hotel thought they could just fob you off. Hope you get an apology and some sort of compensation... Sharon

Sorry for my last post hoping you received some sort of compensation. I am travelling and using my phone to few the Dibb. This takes forever. I missed the part where you mention your good news. I am happy for you that received what you are entitled to.
