Mobile Aloha we have a change of plan!

I posted last week that I was planning a San Fran, Disneyland, LA trip. All ready to book Sunday and DH and DD weren’t happy that there was no down time. Back to the drawing board and as were DVC members Aulani seemed an obvious sub for San Fran. So new plan is:

2nd June fly to SNA (thanks to Karen) via Chicago.
5 nights at Grand Californian
7th June fly to Hawaii
7 nights Aulani
14th fly to LA
3 nights
17th Fly home

Flights are AA out and BA back 1600pp business which I thought was ok.

I need to book:

DVC
Flights to Hawaii, around 330pp at the moment, anyone know if this is reasonable?
LA hotel, looking at Universal Hilton, thoughts?

Is 4 days enough for Disney?
We’ll have 2 days in LA is it to ambitious to do Universal, Warner Brothers and walk of fame?
Would like a Pearl Harbour tour an island tour, anyone recommendations?

I don’t know if they fly from the LA area but South West had some great fares to Hawaii. Otherwise the price you have is pretty much what I’d expect to pay - not a brilliant fare but not awful either?

Pearl Harbour is really easy to do yourself - are you hiring a car? Please consider it. I think it would be a massive shame to just be in Aulani for seven nights - there is SO MUCH to see on Oahu!

Four nights in Disneyland sounds perfect to me. Many people would say it’s too long but I wouldn’t

I checked what I paid; it was $290 Seattle to HNL home Maui to LAX. Hawaiian. We paid $15 each per leg for baggage.
