Another Photopass + question

How can they run out?! You'd think they would put aside for everyone who pre-booked!

I don't know much about this, does it work like the WDW photopass, that you can add frames and edit pics and get them on a disc? Or do you have to do it all while over there? Can you print the pics at home?

Thanks for all the info and reviews! Sounds fantastic but maybe a few teething problems getting it to run smoothly? I'm going to add it to my package soon, not going until March so hopefully it's working fine then!

No edits or frames and no disc. The photos are available on the photopass plus site for 12 months.

We found that they took several pictures for us whereas people without it they were only taking a couple! They seemed to like the fact that we'd got it and just clicked away!
The only small disappointments we had were on Buzz Lightyear Lazer Blast the lady had problems uploading our pics, so we tried at the photo shop at town square and a whole block of photo's had disappeared, yep ours. We went back to the ride which she'd told us to do, explained the situation, she looked and yep still no pics, so had a word with her manager who came out and let us go in via the exit and straight onto the ride so we could get the pictures again, typically I had my gun in front of my face And we also lost some of our pics with Goofy at his bonbon machine which is a shame as these were my faves, the system was pretty slow and I don't think they wanted to wait anymore for them to upload as there was a queue, luckily I had taken my own pics so all was not lost!
Over the 3 1/2 days that we were there we've got 86 pics which I think is great

And... the Ratatouille ride is Amazing

You see, this is where the system is all wrong. Not at get at, at you btw, but as I pre ordered mine by phone (and paid for it), a pack should have been put aside for me to collect on arrival. As they just kept selling it in the park, it ran out. I am really mad about it.

I have finally had an email back - after 3 days - no apology or anything. Just saying send bank details and will refund. Now they are saying it has been processed but will take within 3 weeks to hit my bank !

French customer service is the pits! :angry:

I'll have some in my pre-trippy that'll be up in the next day or two.

They are great quality, just like their WDW counterparts.

A thread on TA has people saying they are back in stock to book for dates after 24th. Cant say if this is true or not.
