Mobile Alien swirl V teacups

I can't do the teacup ride. Is alien swirl very similar or is it less spinning?

My Partner gets severe motion sickness and can't even watch the tea cups and was really worried about this ride but I was so desperate to go on it he came on it with me and was absolutely fine and loved it so much we queued straight back up for another go! He also managed the Dumbo ride and Aladdin's flying carpet last year (but still can't even watch the teacups or carousel!)

Husband can’t do Teacups but was fine on Alien saucers.
However, I’m fine on Teacups, but found that the bit on Alien where it flips around rattled my head and gave me a headache!

Thanks. I'm fine on dumbo and carpets etc.
Literally teacups is the only ride I can't do it makes me feel so dizzy and sick. (well this and Mission Space).
I know my 6 year old will want to try it so will be brave and give it a go.
Hopefully won't get a headache!

Ditto for Mission Space - did it a long long time ago and I don't think there were the tamer options then. It is the only ride I've ever been on where I thought 'I might die on this ride' it felt like an elephant was standing on my chest. Not so much the motion sickness, just a lack of air in general.

Alien swirling saucers is so much fun, it's more (from memory) like a swirling figure of eight cross between the twister fairground ride, rather than spinning on an axis. have fun!
