How late can you be for a reservation
Hi we have a 6.30pm reservation at the boathouse next week. We’ve managed to get a FOP FastPass at 4.30pm. We are staying at POFQ. We are going to blizzard beach the same day then will probably Uber to AK for our FastPass. We would then like to go back to hotel to shower and change but will likely be late for our reservation. How long will they hold it for us? I’ve been trying to change it to a bit later on the app for the past month but haven’t managed. If we went in to Boathouse a couple of days before, would they change it there? Thanks

Why don't you leave Blizzard Beach earlier and go and change, then go to AK then straight to Boathouse?
Obviously if you can change you reservation, it would be better! If you arrived early at AK so.you are in line at 4.30pm, you might manage it. Quick change and back.out.

Have you tried Opentable for a different reservation time? Boathouse is not usually that hard to get.
I think how long they hold the table would depend on how busy they are, but I would not risk planning to be late for a reservation anyway and from your timings you almost certainly would be. I would re-jig the day as PP mentions, try Open table or yes go in and see if they will move it. |

In would hope not for long if they are fully booked as that would leave people who booked the table after you waiting for you to finish. Have you tried using the reservation finder on Touring Plans? I’ve had some good results from this.

OP. Claudette above is spot on.
I have checked every date next week and they have loads of times available between 5.30pm and 8.30pm which are the times I checked. I would cancel what you have and re book via Open Tables

Great thanks everyone. I didn’t realise you could book through open table. Can I still use my dining credits if I book this way? Thanks
