Advantage booking RCI with US travel agent?

Is it worth booking with a US travel agent, as its (slightly) cheaper booking it myself on the US .com website. And around £1000 cheaper than booking on the UK website.

I can't tell you the benefits for RCI, but we book with a US agent for the T&Cs which are so superior to any UK agents.

Saying that, booking direct (with DCL) gives you the same and with the volatile currency market right now, I would advise first timers to book direct, but I don't know if this is the same for RCI I'm afraid.

Benefits for me also include their knowledge and the ability to fight your corner if something goes wrong. Some offer on board credit which helps towards your costs, but this shouldn't be expected as it comes out of their own commission (wages).

Sorry I couldn't help further

Joa
