feeling like a novice again!

Hi

so we go to Orlando in 9 weeks time! I have been a good handful of times before but the last time being 6 years ago...

This time around so much is new & I feel out of my depth.

For example - the disney app is new to me, what do I use it for

The fast pass system is brand new to me, how do I use that

Do I need to book in advance to go to volcano bay

What sat nav app should I use

Can anybody give me the essential tips I need to know - & anything else you can think of

Thank you x

Use the Disney App to book fast passes or book ADR's. You will need to create an account and for FP link your park tickets of everyone in your party. Whwn you are at the parks the App will give you 'live' wait time for attractions.
You do not have to book in advance if you want to go to VB, you can book a Cabana if you want. Link below are tips.

Re sat nav. Download offline Google maps or Waze, others will no doubt give their preferences.
By Fast Track if you mean at the airport it will get you through the security queues a bit quicker. YouR flight ticket may already allow this if not you will have to pay.

Are you staying onsite or offsite? You can use the app to book your fastpasses either 60 days before if onsite or 30 days otherwise.

You can book 3 FP per day in any one park, then once they are used book more in the same or another park. When you are within the hour window for your FP you just use your magic band or ticket to tap at the entry to the ride

Glad I'm not the only confused one, last went to WDW in 2007 and you got paper fastpasses on the day. I've downloaded the disney app on my phone and already have my tickets but haven't linked them to account as yet. We are three adults so can we book 3 fastpasses each ( 9 in total ) I'm not sure , can someone please help !

Add your Disney tickets into the app.
When you book a fast pass it gives you the option to group all tickets or which ones.. so you can book the fp as a group rather than doing it individual. Be aware the tier system when picking rides in certain parks. You are limited to which ones and how many
