A day in Universal Studios - just a pipe dream?
Hey,
I've recently posted in the General Trip Planning forum about my trip to NYC & Vegas in November! I've got this thought in my head that on one of the days in Vegas, I'd like to visit Universal Studios. So far my research tells me: Flight from Las Vegas at around 8.30am Arrive into Burbank airport for around 9.30am Jump in an Uber to Universal Use pre-booked express tickets to jump the queues and get on the rides. Explore the park Jump in an Uber back to Burbank at around 7pm, for a 9.30pm flight On paper, it looks very possible. My question is, has anyone ever done anything similar to this before? Is it just a pipe-dream? I've read a few different bits online where people have said seeing all of Universal Hollywood is possible in one day! (Edited this as originally I'd looked at LAX, but turns out Burbank is much quieter and closer to Universal!)

You can do Universal on a day. You would not be at the first ride until 10:30-11:00 so you won't have a full day.
I would be more inclined to fly in the night before and be there first thing and then fly back that night. |

We could always get an earlier flight to squeeze more in - already booked the MGM in Vegas so reluctant to pay for another hotel around Burbank. I think as long as I make a hit list of must do rides, we should be able to squeeze it all in!

Yes totally possible if you have the stammia. Some-one else on the forum did a similar thing from Vegas to Disneyland for the day and made it work.
