Grr, points still not loaded. Someone reckons it's now taking them 3 weeks from closing.

I rang again Friday night and was told they were up to 10th, she did say that there were staff working at the weekend to catch up on a backlog

I've also got 2 points in 2018, about to expire. Can't bank them now, I don't think I can transfer them either.

YT. I would be on the phone to them ref banking those. I know its only 2 points but its the principle.

They can bend the rules. They did with us in ash cloud year when we couldnt fly.
Our points went back into our account not holding.
Worth a call.

I don't think I can Tom as looking at them they were already banked 2017-18. I'd have given them away on here (I understand that they may adopt the use year of the transferee) but it says you can't transfer banked points either.

No points yet :-( it's driving me round the twist now. Have rang admin nearly every day, They are currently telling me they are up to 13th and they got mine on 15th. They also advised today that membership can't transfer til payment has been made and member accounting haven't cleared the balance off yet. then once membership has been transferred it goes to another department to have the points put on.

There will be nothing left to book at this rate.

I have to say I'm finding this whole process horrendous and frustrating and would probably look at Direct for a small add on if I was doing it again.

Feel like I'm never going to be able to book and see others booking at the 7 month window (now passed for me) :-(!

How about you Noodlez have you got everything sorted now? I know YT has his points so I think he's all done now.

I'm going to post this timeline when its all finished.
