Disney Hotel - Gift packages

So the day after I arrive it’s my wife’s birthday I was thinking about getting something nice for the room either on arrival or for her bday, I’ve looked at the gifts package things Disney do but are pretty expensive, has anyone ever used this service before and is it worth it?

I ordered from Disney and it was worth the cost in my opinion, the gifts were left in our room for when we got back on the agreed day, the gifts were all displayed nicely around the room, I saw a few of the items we had in our gift bag when we were in the shops and there wasn’t a price difference.

Last year we ordered one of the coolbags full of stuff for what I thought was a very reasonable price. It was handed to us at check in and we had lots of ohhhs and ahhs from the people around us - felt quite special as it was all decked out with ribbon and really nice gift tag! We use that coolbag most weekends at swimming galas! Thinking of getting another one this year
