Another t shirt fan here too! It sounds like a fun day with some time together enjoying rides, but also a little time in World Showcase just the 2 of you.
The fiesta margarita was tasty, You look like you were enjoying it in the photo.

the tickets we had let us come and go but not park hop, so we had to do double Epcot!

What a shame the service in Bob took the edge of such a great day. Love all the rides and snax you fitted in , power touring at its best but it didn’t seem like you were mega rushed at all. Liking the look of that Fiesta margarita !

Looks like a really good day. I'm guessing you were allowed to use your FP+ on Test Track because it had been down earlier?
Such a shame about the service at Bob Evans, and boo to the manager for not doing more to put it right!
