Help Please

I have my closing documents through and they have the 2019 fee's on there as expected.

I have 150 points and I was under the impression that the maintenance fee for 2019 was $6.40 - I make that at $960.

On my estoppel it actually states $960.42 and I didn't know why the additional .42 had been added if anyone can enlighten me please?

Anyone who has bought SSR recently is this correct?

The dues go to 4 decimal places, not 2.
