Just picked up from undercover tourist, an extra discount has been applied and this made it $237.42 (£187) for a 3 day park hopper ticket (Promo rate as we are visiting within the window and outside of the blockout dates) cheaper than ATD by quite a bit.

Out of interest does anyone know if we can upgrade just one of our tickets to maxpass on the day? Or if I should order the 1 maxpass direct from Disneyland as no one appears to offer this. Thanks.

Bought 2 x 5-day hopper (adult) passes today for £532 from Undercover Tourist. These are e-tickets rather than paper tickets, but I'm fine with that. We got them at the 2018 prices, thankfully. Although we are going at the beginning of June, and I'm terrified Galaxy's Edge will open just as we are there, making crowds unbelieveable! (We are not bothered about GE, if it's open we'll have a look, but it's not the reason for the visit).

What’s the blackout dates for the ones from undercover tourist, I see that they have to be used by 23rd May, which is fab as we leave to head to Arizona on 22nd, but wasn’t sure about the blackout dates

basically Easter week, but when I've added them to the Disneyland app it shows a calendar with blackout dates, and all dates are green and says good to go, including the blackout dates.
Limited-Time Special Ticket Offer
These tickets must be purchased by May 18, 2019. Valid for use beginning January 7, 2019 and expire 13 days after the first day of use or on May 23, 2019, whichever occurs first. Blockout days apply and tickets are not valid for admission April 14-22, 2019. Each day of use constitutes one full day of use. May purchase up to 8 tickets per person per day. Tickets are nonrefundable, may not be sold or transferred for commercial use and exclude activities/events separately priced. Offer may not be combined with other ticket discounts or promotions. Subject to capacity, restrictions and change without notice.
also looked into the details on the phone app, and once in the park you can pay for the max pass for one or as many of the associated tickets in the app (you need to be inside the park to purchase.)

We ended up using the US disney website, disneyland.disney.go.com/hotels/good-neighbor/.
We combined tickets with a good neighbour hotel. Think we had one night free, or 5 days in the parks for the price of 4. Bit of a faff using the US website and they were not used to having UK guests phoning them to make changes, paid with a credit card with no FX fee.
