Redesigned member's website front screen

Just logged on and the front screen changed.

Looks quite smart, but then I realised it was mainly adverts for ways to spend your money- pushing add on points, paid member’s events, member’s cruise etc.

There’s even now Shop Disney on the front page.

What are your thoughts?

Seems they took it down for a few minutes, now back up for me.

Edit, now saying temporarily unavailable when logging in, but you can get an idea of the look from the front screen.

I got screenshots in case it was a test and disappears.

I'm in. Mmm, very colourful, loads of adverts.

Something I had hammered into me in the last few years of working and we all had our own websites that sat under the Company one - Keep it up to date!

So the first thing I click on is Condominium Association News.

What do I find - December 2018 date for the Condo Meeting. Mmm bit out of date!

Then I scroll down to 'My News, Offerings & More' Under there is a tab for Membership Magic 2018. Thankfully when you click on it you get to the 2019 page so at least thats right

I rest my case. Colourful website sadly lacking in attention to detail.

It's gone back- looks like they were running a test. At least we know what's coming. When I'm home tonight I'll put up some of the captures I got on my iPad.

More likely they did the release - hit issues, tried to fix them and then when they couldn't rolled the release back.

The beauty of Google photo, it's already uploaded them off my iPad so I can get them on my phone.

These screens below were before you even signed in. When you sign in you get some big circles showing points left, with a ring around them showing graphically how many used. Reminded me of the same way of showing how much distance is left on the Life Fitness running machines that have the different country routes on the screen ( like the ones in Disney hotels ironically) if you've ever used them. Wonder if that's where they took the inspiration from?

It was taken down before I had a chance to try the booking screens etc to see if they'd changed.

Got the impression someone had thought-we need to capitalise on where members land, and flog more products.

It did look very nice though.
