Mobile LSI Signature Suites or The Flamingo?

I have had the Signature Suites booked for a while at a rate of $692 for 4 nights. This includes tax, resort fee and parking. Have now found a rate of £424 for The Flamingo but this doesn’t include the $40 night resort fee or $12 a night car parking. Flamingo works out a bit more but the location is obviously more central. I’m completely in two minds between the 2! Would you keep the Signature Suites or change to the Flamingo? I have until this Thursday when the balance is due

Signature is miles ahead in terms of quality. We stayed on our first trip and loved it. It’s a 5-10 minute walk on Harmon and you’re on the strip by Planet Hollywood. You can also walk through to the MGM although that way takes longer to get onto the Strip itself. The suites are really well equipped and if you have a balcony it’s a brilliant bonus.

Another vote for the Sig, the strip is so busy around the Flamingo

Flamingo needs a really good refurb , the public areas get more scruffy each time we go .

I have stayed there a few times but I’ve no desire to again .

We stayed in the suites in November ( I'll say at this point Las Vegas ain't us ) but they were lovely we had a balcony room and it was nice to sit on and people watch
We did the Mob Tour ( really enjoyed it ) and went to the Flamingo as part of it.
It was huge and busy busy and didn't look as well kept in the pool gardens areas to be. Honest as the signatures only thing that bugged me in the signature ( got my nurse bed making OCD in over drive )
This flipping thing of using sheets as duvet covers rips my knitting
As DH is such a restless sleeper it takes ages to make the bed in the morning ( we didn't have house keeping )
And I was glad I took a travel kettle and coffee and filters

We loved the Signature, we had a huge suite.
Recommended it to a friend who's a Vegas regular and he loved it too
It's not that far from the strip to need to worry about it. You can either walk along the road or through MGM
