Just caught up with this thread. I think everyone has given you really good advice Op. I honestly don't have a straight solution for you. You could cancel your holidays or keep 1 this year and 1 next year and move house. Or you could cancel all your holidays and just move to a bigger house. You do come across as very stressed and anxious which wont be doing you any good. Good luck with whatever you decide and take care of yourself.

I have a habit of ending up with a lot going on at once!
the house we sold last year was a repossession when we bought it and needed a tonne of work that we did most of ourselves etc. we completed on that house back in nov 2014, had to move out the flat I sold (stayed at parents) got married a few months later in march 2015, came back from Florida honeymoon and moved in days later, also while finding out we were pregnant with our first! we have now just moved to a new build, our move date was 21st December! Im pregnant with our second (due in march) and have our now 3 yr old. me and my husband work full time - me in management as well. Florida is booked for November (was May) and the biggest thing to get the new build was that we had to sell our own home, and live at my husbands parents from June til we moved in December. this is due to them expecting short exchange and long completions. Oh and center parcs in June hahaha. personally I find the worries come and go at different stages of these processes. for now, I would concentrate on the new house and maybe one holiday this year. like you say, next years aren't too much of an issue. the kids are a good age to move. we intend to stay now while ours go to primary, move before secondary if we want to etc
