Wi-Fi to outbuilding.

Anyone know the easiest way to get wi-fi to an outbuilding we have in the garden. The new brick building has its own power supply fitted and is approx 25mts from the main house.

Is the power linked to your main building?

I’d like to know too! We have tried WiFi extenders but they just don’t work efficiently, constantly dropping out. I have been told that it’s going to be a case of running a hard wired cable across from the house to the building, not looking forward to doing that tbh.

If anyone comes back with something easier then that’s going to be great!

Easier but not cheaper would be a router that uses a SIM card. But it would be a second monthly charge.

Something like this
three/store/broadband/home-broadband

I don’t know what is required for power line adaptors to work but if you can borrow some to try it’s also an option.

Wont be used enough to justify the costs, but thanks anyway.

Dunno if that new BT thing will work. With a disc. Not sure how far away from main house it can be.

My wifi signal in my loft wasn't very good, so I bought this below and now the wifi signal is brilliant in there, and no issues at all watching my cctv via wifi, and watching netflix and youtube etc through wifi.

It works through the mains, and in the worst case it doesn't do the job then return it to amazon.
