Countdown timer

Can someone please remind me how to add a countdown timer please. I've spent the last week trying to work out how to do it and I'm drawing a blank. I've had then in the past but at the moment I can't seem to find where it is. Thanks.

If you look to the left you'll see Countdowns on the Dibb menu.

If you look to the right you will see theDibb Menu. 'Countdowns' is fourth from the bottom.

Don't you just click on the Countdown link on the Dibb Menu on the right of this page and then it takes you through step by step from there?

Actually, mine is also on the left but only because like me, you must have changed yours. The default setting is on the right so when replying to these sorts of threads I always say 'right' because that's where it will be for most Dibbers.
