When are you booking flights?

I know a few are available already (VA, TC, TUI and maybe some more)... but are there any others I can search? Any independent travel agents?

Please humour me; I am THE most impatient person in the world, and also a bit of a worrier, so waiting until 11 months prior feels very uncomfortable to me!

The past 2 times, we booked VA fly drive 18 months prior, and TC flight 16 months prior. But neither of these are coming up very good in price this time! So high! But I'm also worried 11 months prior the prices will be even higher!

Any tips? Thanks.

You're not alone! We're going in August 2020 and booked ours back in January! This was mainly because a villa we had been keeping an eye on was available to book so we took the plunge.

We've gone for Sanford with Tui and can see that prices have gone up a little bit, but that may drop again.

We've even secured our park tickets!

I also need to book flights for mid-late August 2020, (flight only, not a package ) They seem at bit high at the moment so I'll hold fire and see if they drop a bit.

I'd like to have them sorted now, we've booked flights such a long time ahead in the past .

Where did you see prices for Virgin? I have been on their site and they only go up to March 2020 at the moment.

Thomas Cook comes out at £600 pp for Manchester direct August 16 to September 5th... very tempted...

Can’t find any TUI flydrive?

Wow I’d definitely go for that if Manchester was my preferred airport.

We want London, and TC is coming up really high too. We went with them last time as they were cheaper, and we were very impressed with them. But if only £600pp from Manchester, we’d consider a hotel the night before and night arriving home... and it’d Still be miles cheaper!

We have booked direct from Manchester August 2020 , worked out cheaper to do 15 nights with TC .
a couple of weeks ago , very happy with the price , Villa booked also , just need to sort out car and park tickets
