Park Merchandise Now Available Online.

After years of Walt Disney World Mail order becoming inundated with requests via email, the Walt Disney Company has indeed decided to start selling some of its park merchandise online. This is a much more economical way of ordering park goodies, as the postage costs are much much lower, and there are photos of the items too, something which the mail order service did not provide.

Items available online include toy monorails, ear hats (available for personalisation) photo albums and accessories, kitchen items, t-shirts, autograph books and pens and castle miniatures by Olszewski.

Another advantage to the online service, is that you can order park essentials (i.e. autograph books) prior to your holiday, so you can be well prepared for your park adventures.

Although there is only a very small selection of items currently available online, Disney aim to add more merchandise to the selection in the future.

I'm going to be 'bah-humbug' about this because I think the nice thing about buying stuff from the parks is that you can't (or couldn't) get it in the stores. iykwim
