Using new name

Hi guys we are getting married on the 18/8/16 on PAG beach. We then check into Disney on the 20th which I suppose will be classed as our honeymoon. Our booking is in my maiden name but will I be able to change it to my mew married name ? Would be nice to be treated as mr&mrs for the first time at Disney. Can I do this as passport etc is still old name. Starting to get excited now

I think everything must be booked in the name you have on your passport.

If its a hotel booking not a package holiday then I think you can book in your married name.
Flights definitely need to match your passport. I can't think why a hotel does.

Our honeymoon hotels were all booked in my maiden name (Fuller) and I didn't think to change them before we went. I think my husband got a little sick of being called Mr Fuller by everyone at all the hotels we stayed at

DD is adament she is keeping her own name after her wedding this summer. I find it odd but it is her choice, even though our family name is a bit odd and raises a few eyebrows at times. Not saying what it is but I did think she'd change it asap

I would double check, as we have always had to hand over ID when checking into hotels.

We got married at home and my Passport was post-dated, so I used my married name - but the travel agent had already booked the hotel in my maiden name, before I told him the name to book the flights in, so hubby was 'Mr Alexander' - he didn't like it.

I have to say, I've been married almost 6 months and, at best, there's about a 50/50 chance I'll answer to my new name
