Tigger71 Imagineer Join Date: Apr 13 Tigger71's Reviews Hotel Reviews: 1	Booked Virgin tickets with miles - question on APD Very happy with my booking so this is more out of curiousity than a problem as such: Flying PE and on government website it says APD is Ł156 each but on Virgin tax breakdown it says Ł172. How can Virgin charge more and label it as APD tax? Its a difference of Ł64 for our 4 tickets. __________________ 1990, 2001, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, (2011), 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2023

The APD is due to increase to Ł172 from 1 April 2019. Looking at your countdown I would think that is the reason Virgin are charging that amount.
