I didn’t really like it. Seemed like just a general advert or a promotion for Elton John. I’ve been disappointed the past couple years to be honest.

Finally saw this today and its the worst one they have offered over the previous 5 or 6 years. No real christmas feel to it in my mind , seemed more a promotion for Elton John - why did they have to use him and not just a normal jobbing actor?

Wasn’t keen, seemed more of an Elton promo than a Christmas advert to me. However I’ve just seen their Waitrose advert and that really made me laugh!
