3 Sim Query - Calling from US Sim

We are heading out to Orlando on 11 October with 2 sons aged 8 & 11. DW and l have ‘3’ Sims to pop in our phones when out there. Our sons have ID bracelets we put our phone numbers on if they get lost. What do we have to add at the front of these ‘3’ mobile phone numbers to enable somebody on a USA network to call us?

+44 then drop the 0 at the start

You also need to activate the 3 sim in the UK first before you go away.

I was just going to mention that, DH does it in the airport before we get on the plane.
