I’m really going to buck the trend, but we tend to sleep until about 9 or 10am. We tend to arrive and hit a bar until late. I find it the best way to kick you onto the time zone.

Probably around 8.00am unless I've set an early alarm to drag myself out...

I've usually not had much sleep the night before travel with packing / worry / excitement so by the time I arrive, i'm exhausted.

5am if we are lucky! Are booking hard rock for second night and will go very early for rope drop and make the most of the early start.

We are also in the 4-5am club! In our experience it’s not a typically relaxing holiday 😂 but that is why we love it! We sleep in later over the next few days and get up at 7/7.30 after three or so days.

Last time it was 2.30am for all of us and slowly got better over 4 days. It was the worst jet lag I have had but not sure what was different to other visits really! On other visits it has been around 5am.

Well, I am usually way too excited to sleep. I usually manage to stay up until 11pm or midnight on arrival day then I'm awake at about 4am.

I usually go for a wonder around the resort, its a fantastic feeling knowing the whole holiday is ahead of you.

DW would sleep until lunchtime if I let her.
