Crystal Palace dinner

Has anyone been to Crystal Palace for a dinner service?
Looking for somewhere to go for an early-ish dinner in MK before our dessert party reservation at 730.
Thought it looked nice here. Thoughts? x

Crystal Palace is a character buffet.

It’s nice enough if you like that kind of thing. The best buffet for dinner service in my opinion is 1900 Park Fare at the grand Floridian. Great food there and great characters too

Not looking for a character dinner in particular. Just somewhere for table service that we can have some nice food and chill before fireworks. Any recommendations?

Magic kingdom isn’t the best for table service restaurants imo.

The Plaza is probably my favourite, but it’s burgers and the like. Skippers Canteen gets good reviews but I’ve not been personally.

You could make the 5 minute walk up to the Contemporary and go to The Wave. That’s a hidden gem.

If you are not interested in characters, I would not pick Crystal Palace. You are paying for characters, the food by itself is very over priced and you would presumably not even eat dessert if you are going to a dessert party afterwards. I would look into the Plaza or Jungle Skipper.

I highly recommend Jungle Skipper Canteen, my favourite of the ones I went to last year. I ate there twice and have made two reservations for this year.
