Mobile ATD loose deposit or transfer?

Hi, at the moment we have a universal hotel and park tickets , discovery cove and MNSSHP tickets through ATD. At the moment we are too far out to cancel without losing the deposit. Does anyone know if they are allowing you to transfer the deposit over to a new booking?

I personally would call ATD, they've been nothing but excellent so far in sorting peoples plans... however I've got a pretty good idea they'll move your current booking and if any extra is payable then you must pay the difference.

I say the above as we've moved our Discovery Cove with Dolphin Swim tickets through to next Sept and have to pay the difference of £30pp only. I also have MNSSHP booked for this Sept which I've only paid the deposit on and they've already said I can move it to next year as they'll keep it as an open booking and just amend when the 2021 dates are announced.

I had an email from them tonight after I emailed last week. We have universal hotel and tickets booked for the last week of August, if I cancel I lose my deposit. I don’t need to pay the balance until 14 days before we travel or I can transfer the booking to next year.

We won’t be going as we had our villa cancel on us last week and I cancelled the flights on the same day but I’m going to leave the booking and see what happens once we get to august. If we are not allowed to travel I should get a refund and if we are allowed to travel I will transfer the deposit to next year.
