The transportation is my only real concern too. We are booked into CSR but could swop to CBR for an extra £220 (for two rooms) but I’m not sure whether I’d be able to use the sky liner as I get very bad motion sickness. And would worry that there will be a reduced bus service at CBR because of the skyliner and it would actually restrict me in transport options rather than give extra.
I’ll probably stick with CSR as it does look beautiful and hope that with it being a business hub that the transport is decent because of wanting to keep those business people happy if they ever fancy a trip to the parks? 😂 I don’t think you can go wrong though with either resort but if you will definitely use the sky-liner then I think that could be worth the change. To be honest, I just hope we get there, so would happily stay in either if we get to go! 🤞🏼 Kat |

Yes, totally with you, this is all best case scenario!
We had a try of the Skyliner last October when we were there for a day as part of our Disney Cruise and it was very smooth. That's not say it isn't without its faults as we had wanted to use it to get to Epcot but when we got to CBR from HS the line to Epcot was down! 🤦

If it helps any, I'm the same with motion sickness, and I was fine on the Skyliner when we rode it several times in March! It doesn't swing or lurch much at all, and travels at the same constant speed before slowing down before a station, so I actually preferred it to some of the Disney bus drivers we've had, who pull up like they're in an F1 car, and slam on the breaks at every traffic light! That made me feel far more sick than the Skyliner every did.
If it was me, I'd swap to CBR! |
