Do I include infants on ADR booking?

Hi, our groups consists of 5 adults, a 3 year old and 2 infants (aged 3 months and 10 months). When I book our ADRs, do I include the infants in the booking?

yes you do include infants in the party total as even if they are not eating it ensures you have a table big enough for everyone

Yes you do.

They require total numbers of people inside the restaurant for their licences and fire regulations.

My LB will be 23 months when we travel. Even though he won't have a park ticket I still have him set up as a guest on MDE so I can add him to restaurant bookings

I have done exactly the same. My daughter will be 22 months and I have included her in all our bookings. She is also listed as a quest on MDE x
