Anyone else unable to link "will call' magic band number?

I've tried this a few times now, but it keeps saying 'sorry we are unable etc... ' and gives me a phone number to ring that looks american.
I've bought magic band passes for my daughter and me and can't book anything yet as we can't link the reservation! I've put in the Will Call confirmation number as it says on the email - not the order confirmation number. Stuck!

Try one of the following Disney freephone numbers they should be able to help.

Try doing it on the PC instead of app or vice versa, worked for me when I had a similar problem (can't remember which way around it was that worked/ didn't work).

Works for me on PC but not on App. Disney told me to try in another week.

Just a question as I'm confused (apologies - I'm easily confused!). Do you mean Will Call tickets or do you mean Magic Bands? (or do you mean an onsite hotel reservation?)

You need to link tickets to your Disney account in order to book fastpasses. But you don't need to link MagicBands in order to book fastpasses - in fact you don't need MagicBands at all, if you don't want them. MagicBands are completely different things to tickets.

Hi, thanks, sorry let this slide as I ended up ringing disney and sorting - I have a will call reservation to collect our magic bands tied to the ticket numbers I've not ben able to use! Thank you!

I didn't know that Disney did Will Call vouchers for MagicBands.

I know they do Will Call vouchers for tickets. If you exchange these, you'll get given a plastic card - not a MagicBand. If you want MagicBands, you'll either have to buy them in the parks or book a Disney hotel booking (you get them included in a hotel booking).
