problems with skip the counter

Did everything as per Dan's guide. Got to the skip the counter part confirmed and agreed terms but then it said an error occurred. This was before we got to enter any card details. Any ideas?

I had an error with "Protection invalid", i did do this that someone posted in the Alamo thread, google alamo skip the counter, open the link in a new tab, when you get the error, go back to the original tab and click the link again, it then took me in to complete the skip the counter

Have you ensured you have met all of the criteria for Skip the Counter?

Could be a temporary website error as well...
