BA group holiday

We are booking a flydrive with a group of friends... I’ve just got to thinking... there are 7 of us and one were to pull out before the balance is paid what happens?
Do we have to pay the share or can we cancel them off the booking? Does that make
Sense? Thank you

Think it depends on the type of ticket you book.

We are a large family group who holiday together and once we had someone who wasn’t able to travel, but this was after the balance had been paid, and we lost the money (was only short haul though and not a large amount).

Travel insurance may also cover it, depending on reason for pulling out.

BA have a group booking available for 10+ people in economy or 7+ in premium- britishairways/en-gb...n/group-travel. I’m sure other airlines will have similar - probably worth searching group travel online.
