Tv series you are watching for the first time..

Ok so we are a bit slow but we have just started watching Downton Abbey. We are not binge watching and are only on S1E3 but really love this.

I may be a bit biased because I used to live a few miles from Highclere Castle but this (imho) is quality stuff

Have you started watching something either for the first time or again?

If so, what ?

Feel free to join in.

When my wife and I were young adults we would watch friends every Friday night, or if we were out, program the VCR to record it.

Over the last few months we relived our younger days and went through all 236 episodes in order - and it was still brilliant.

I've never seen an episode of friends but my daughter (now 22 ) could probably recite an episode word for word.

I'm usually about a decade behind everyone else with TV. For example I only watched 24 recently, I watched the first three series of Game of Thrones last year (I couldn't bare anymore), and still haven't seen the classic 80s films people of my age should have watched (rite of passage) eg Dirty Dancing, Top Gun etc. I did watch Pretty Woman but didn't really like it as it was off its time!
