We used the dryer for the children’s stuff, while most of our clothes were either hung in the bathroom or on the balcony. Turning the AC off in the day helped (at a cost of a roasting hot room when we got back from the parks

Not ideal, but did the job

We always stay in a Studio and I am the 'washing person' The wash is done every other day and I shot everything in the tumble.
I wash everything on hot cycle and dry on the hot cycle.

The only thing I am not allowed to touch are my Wifes 'Next' tops so she hand washes them, puts them on hangars and then on the pull out cord over the tub. Dry by the morning.

If it's a nice day she pulls the balcony chairs into the shade, drapes a pool towel on the back and pegs a top on there.

If you have a hire car, park it next to a tree or post and take some paracord and make up a line from your car bumper to the tree / post

problem solved

We have been known to hang things on the back of the chairs on the balcony at AKL. In the Savannah rooms on the 5th floor only the animals can see them. Wouldn't do it at any of the others though just use line over bath or shower rail.

Some of the studio balconies at OKW have views of trees or air con units so you would be fine to put things over the back of chairs there. Otherwise I use the over the bath pull out line for swimwear, and pop everything else in the dryer.

Yes same here as most - we use the pool laundry and tumble dry - few thing that won’t tumble are put on the patio to dry or over the bath/shower line. Not an issue really in the heat ,

We take a camping washing line and tie it to the balcony. We have never had any problem.

Classy! In the DVC membership contract it states that hanging items over railings or putting stuff out on the balcony is not allowed. This applies to Christmas trees and lights as well as towels and clothing.

They may have been cash guests, not sure. As you sit in the pool looking at the hotel, they were on the far right about 4 floors up I was in Kidani so not entirely sure which bit of Jambo was DVC).
