We had stir fry veg, egg fried rice and pulled pork with noodles. Home-made takeaway...

Was very tasty.

Love slow cooker chicken thighs, might have to do that myself this week... I am shamelessly stealing other people's ideas... (The cod in parma ham was fab-u-lous)

Beef joint in slow cooker / red wine and cumin seeds. Yum.

Roast potatoes, parsnips, green beans and carrots. And Yorkshire puddings.

And for those of us a diet, sliver of beef, no Yorkshire, boiled potatoes and veg. (And a thimbleful of sauce)

Not gonna be the same...
