I stand on the steps then jump onto the rings, I dont know what the worse part is bouncy straight back off the ring, or when you are face down showing some rear cleavage, lol

Now that is funny , Im sorry its probably embarrasing for you but that image has really made me laugh, sorry again

we also have this problem dh usually holds the ring while i get in and then struggles himself, i will never forget last year when he launched himself towards the ring from the steps he landed perfectly in it but then lost his balance and went head over heals backwards into the water i floated off in to the distance about wetting myself laughing the last thing i saw was his feet up in the air funniest thing ever in fact im sat here giggling as i type

Its not funny at the time but it is when you think back and wonder what all the other guests are thinking,lol. its not embarrasing just annoying, it makes my brother laugh though, I have to catch him up further down the river.

My Mum and Dad used to share one of the double floats at TL and then were quite happy to either be left floating along, or be 'guided' by us. Yes, as above, under waterfalls, broken pipes etc. However, the year we went to Blizzard Beach, they didn't have double rings and they had to have 2 singles and hold on to each other. We got Mum sorted on hers and floated her to one side, telling her to hold on to the side while we got Dad in his. Unfortunately, she couldn't hold on for very long and I heard a cry... "Gillian... I'm going... " Like something out of a disaster movie as she floated off downstream...

i just stand 2 steps up with my back to the river keep hold of the handles then jump back not like dh he had to have help off a 90 year old gentleman i have never laughed so much in my life then he tells me thats the way to do it

HAHA that was me a couple of days ago at Typhoon, it was sooooo funny my husband was laughing soooo much, got there in the end, then he held me under the freezing cold water for ages! BRRRRRR
