Escape games

Has anyone had any experience of escape games whilst in Orlando? We are a family of 5 and have never done one but thought it might be something a bit different, any advice greatly appreciated

Not in Orlando but did it locally. Great fun.

I've never tried one but TT did one in San Fran last week, and they film a lot of it in this clip:
It's definitely the most I've seen of one of them before!

We did Escape Game Orlando - just along from the Orlando Eye.

Good fun. They give you a clue if you need one - think you are allowed so many clues or maybe lose time each time you have one...can't remember. We were a family of 5, and amazingly came out alive! We had different skills so everyone played their part, and it got really exciting near they end - no spoilers... we didn't escape - I think 2 puzzles short... time slipped away in early part.

It was quite expensive, but was my sons 18th, and went very quickly.

we have done 3 different venues in orlando and love them, the best one in our view is the one on i drive theescapegame/orlando/ 8145 International Dr #511, Orlando, FL 32819, USA and lockbusters was the worse

we have done the escape game room about 5 times and completed most of the rooms over the years, i like the mars and the goldrush then market are in my view the best prison break and the heist are fun too.
you will get hooked and they can be expensive

We too are a family of 5, children were aged 15, 13, 10 at the time of us visiting MindQuest in 2018.
This was our first time in an escape room and we all loved it, so much so that it was one of our best days of the hols.
We looked for one where we had the room to ourselves which MindQuest offered, however it does not appear on the web when I search for it now so assume it has closed down.

we tended to book for a really early slot so the chances of doing it on our own are better and we also ask at check in if we can be on our own too, we have never had to share a room yet.
