Clearwater for a day? Any tips

Hello

Third trip this coming Easter. Staying off-site (we like a villa). Planning on Disney and Universal but also branching out.

Can we do Clearwater in a day? If so, any tips to get the best out of it?

Thanks xx

Book a boat trip like Little Toot or Sea Screamer, park at the marina and ask if they will validate your parking.

Hi, yeah we did Clearwater Beach in a day, beautiful beach followed by amazing food at Frenchy's. The only thing i will say is try and avoid travelling in rush hour, took us 4 hours to get back to Kissimmee.

Make sure you book before you go, I left it until we got there and it was sold out😢.

You can do it in a day but we stay in the Hilton for one night. There is a sunset celebration with stalls and street entertainers on pier 60. You can have dinner in Frenchies or crabbies and watch the sunset. You can go on the Little Toot boat trip to see dolphins but we saw lots off the pier. We have done the one night stay three times and last year spent the last three days of our holiday there in the sand pearl hotel which was really lovely!

Get down there early - enjoy the beach - go and see the dolphins on Little Toot - enjoy pier 60 and a meal at Palm Pavilion with some live music - the restaurant is literally on the beach. If you can stay late watch the fab sunset. Even better find a place to stay over for a night - we found island cay reasonably priced and two mins walk to the gorgeous beach. Enjoy !
