I,was,power walking but I only have little legs so small steps too 😂
The beauty of you exercising so much is that you can eat what you like! I dream of being able to do that

End of week 3!

I set myself two targets this week - a blue dot every day on WW, and 65,000 steps (allowing for 2 days slightly under depending on pain levels).

Target 1 - done! Blue dot every day - which means I stayed within a healthy range of food each day, you don’t have to do this to get results, it’s just a little target I wanted to set myself. Next week with the house move, there will be a take away involved so I know there won’t be a blue dot that day. Therefore, every other day I will stay within the blue dot and go under my points by 4 each day as a carry over.

Target 2 - I did over 73,000 steps this week! I’m so bloody proud. Had my back of not been so bad on Saturday I reckon I could have done the 10,000 a day. It’s been better today, but still a bit sore.

We are hoping to explore a new walk tomorrow, should be a nice start to week 4!

I will weigh in tomorrow that will be two weeks as I was in hospital last week. I’m afraid my steps will be down this week but I’m going to try and get back walking asap. Maybe try and do 3000 a day and build up slowly.

I hope you’re feeling better! Take it steady, don’t over do it and build up gradually rather than trying to do too much. I’ve finally learnt that when my body says stop, I need to, otherwise it causes more issues.

Take care and look after yourself xx

last two weeks I hit 100k, it will be my new weekly goal

9lbs down, would love another pound this week. I decided for 10 euro at the start of the month & 2 euro for each pound and it will be nice to give even 30

Small loss this week - 0.75lbs. Still pleased with that, been feeling bloated etc this week. I don’t think I’m drinking enough so going to really try and make myself drink more this week.

1.75lbs to go for that first stone off! 🤞 for next week!

Monday weigh-in: exactly the same as last week which, I feel quite pleased with all things considered.

Proof, if any were needed, that you can walk and run as much as if you want, but if you stuff your mouth with food then you'll make little progress!
