TIW - poor value last year!

So I bought my TIW in Dec 2019, and only managed to use it for the 11 days or so of that holiday. Didn't manage to break even on it yet alone save.

I Know Disney added on 4 months to the expiry, but that's useless to me as I have just cancelled my May trip. Do you think Disney would do anything like a partial refund or even a gift card? So should I just suck it up and move on.

you can only ask them, explain your situation and hope for the best

maybe ask for credit to buy another TIW when you can next go

Same here

When they reopen I think I'll call and ask to see if they can do anything for those of us that lost months of use on our cards.

Same here, we had 2 trips out of the one we bought in December 2019 (December & March '20) but we'd only really bought it for our August trip so doubt we broke even on it.

We bought our at the end of Jan 2020, thinking we would get 3 trips out of it but only got one 🤪
