Anyone stayed at Encantada -a few questions please!

Hi, I think that we have finally narrowed it down to stay here, just a few ? Going on trip is me, DH, niece and sister, and DD aged 4.

Firstly has anyone stayed here been asked to attend timeshare presentation? As it is a timeshare resort wasn't sure if you expected to go?!?

Also is there shuttle service to the parks, we are having a car but on a couple of odd days we might split up and do something different, so shuttles etc would make this easier.

Also what time does the resort pool close?

How many can fit in jacuzzi?

Is there a kids playpark on site at all?

We booked privately so didn't get asked to attend a TS tour
Don't recall seeing shuttle bus, it is a little way back from the 192.
Can't answer the pool question, we only used it twice, we had our own pool
All in all it was a great place to stay, highly recommended.
