What if I already bought Disney en Seaworld tickets on the official website’s for July 2020 and something drastic happens in our life so that we have to cancel our trip? Will we be able to get a refund?

Check the T&C's out from the sellers website, failing that check if your travel insurance covers them.

You would be relying on the goodwill of Disney / Seaworld. Possible but I wouldn't count on it.

As mentioned above. Travel insurance is there to cover these sort of costs if something drastic happens. Though of course check the cover levels of any policy you take out match with what you expect hem to pay out for.

The Ts&Cs on Disney's UK website state:
"We do not give refunds for Ticket only Bookings".

I suspect Seaworld's Ts&Cs say something similar.

So, you are not generally entitled to a refund if you cancel for any reason. However, the parks might refund you as a goodwill gesture. Otherwise, you would need to claim on your insurance (that's partly what insurance is there for, after all).
