ESTA query

Hi all. Been a long time since we’ve been to Florida. Attempted to set up a group application on the ESTA site, eventually submitted 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. The money has been taken from our bank. Checked the status and it says group is empty? I’ve had no email correspondence from submission to now. Can anyone help

Try retrieving your ESTA status for your own passport details. It should confirm whether there is/isn’t one in place or in progress, if not I would just reapply.

They dont send an email after you submit an application. Did you definately use the esta site from the dibb?

No googled and went through what i thought was the official site? As I say I've got an ID number and the withdrawal from my bank says us customs esta. Can't check my passport as you need a ref number and I did the group application. Will see what happens ,luckily we dont go until July.

how much did you pay? it is only $14 per person.
have you logged back into the site as they are usually very quick with a decision

That's what me reference said. So I've paid. Will wait and see, can't seem to email them, will leave it until next week and give them a call.

YES, YOU CAN! It gives you 2 options: I know my application number/I don't know my application number. If you can't see that 2nd option, you might want to go to Specsavers first
