Great cheers. Any particular floor or view you would recommend? We don’t want to face a car park ideally and don’t want to be near staircases etc.

Sorry, I don't really know, but I think you can look up rooms and views on touring plans. We requested Casitas 4 but were allocated Ranchos 7a at check in, and eventually upgraded to Casitas 2 (courtyard view). It's a lovely resort and we actually liked the look of all the various sections just didn't want to be quite so far from the food court. The trade off was being further away from the feature pool.

It may be different if the tower has amenities and now they’ve built the bridge etc now I guess.

Yes, though to be honest what we also liked about the Casitas is that we were away from the tower... I don't care for it all; it's not really in keeping with the resort and it quite literally towers over it. Otherwise, it's a beautiful resort, with stunning grounds and beautifully renovated rooms. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Yes. The food court is next to the lobby.

Beautiful resort, we loved it.

I’ve read that the best way to make room requests is by fax - Disney hotels still use them. You can use gotfreefax.com. The fax number is (407) 939-1001 - I’ve read that you don’t need the international code if using the app.

They're all done and are precisely the reason we've booked this hotel. They look a lot classier than the other moderate resort rooms which have only had soft refurbs. These rooms, with the floor, and the new sinks and showers (!), they look much more worth the money that you pay.

We're going for Casitas 4

I'll be doing a fax request 9 days before we go. I'm not sure what you can select on OLCI? We've never stayed at CSR before.
