Go to that link and click find reservation on the right hand side. Put your details in and it should let you skip the counter too.

3rd party bookings don't give you the automatic link unless you have booked with VA. There is a school of thought that as long as the OLCI document has the barcode at the top you can still go straight to the garage, which certainly lots have been OK with. However there are ways around it the one that works for most though not all is taken from another thread and one I used successfully a few weeks ago. Heres the detail from it it you want to try it.

I've just followed the sticky thread. Open up your booking on the Alamo check in so your details appear. Leave that window open. Open another window and Google bing.com. Open the bing.com search engine, enter ALAMO SKIP THE COUNTER and open the first result at the top of the page. Your details from the Alamo page you first opened will now populate this new page. Follow the instructions add your credit card details (a normal debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo will work) complete and print off your form. It should have a barcode at the top and you will receive an e mail from Alamo confirming the process has been completed

Just wanted to say many thanks for your help. We have just followed the instructions above and it worked perfectly for us too. We have printed off our ticket and can now go straight to the garage to collect our car. Thanks again for your help.

I take it when going straight to Alamo garage after OLCI without giving Credit card details or doing skip the counter, they take payment for any extras such as fuel, or car seat at car park exit barrier?

I have a car seat booked for my daughter but due to a duplicate charge issue Alamo have put a $70 credit note on the system to cover cost of seat. If I did skip the counter prior to arrival I don't know if i would be charged in full before $70 credit was applied.

Hi, can i just check that i've done what i need to. I've just done the online check in on the alamo site. do i need to do anything else or are we able to go straight to the garage and pick up our car? Just read Welshjim's post about taking card details... do they do this as we exit?

I booked with Netflights, there was no link for me and no barcode on my OLCI.
I did the work around that I’ve posted on your other thread and it worked fine, STC paperwork sorted.
