Memory Maker

Hi!
We purchased the '21 Day Disney's Ultimate Ticket with Memory Maker' and looking at the tickets section on MDE, this is what it says. However, on the home screen it keeps telling me to purchase or link my memory maker. Will this sort itself out once I'm over there and photos are being taken or will I have to get someone to sort it out for me when I'm over there? 50 days to go

It doesn't link or show in the memory maker section on MDE when it comes with tickets. It will all activate and work once you're out there

Don't worry. It sorts itself out when you get your Magic Band. You won't need to do anything other than enjoy your holiday.

Neither does mine but I remember from past experience once you scanit for your first photo, that's when it is activated. Its great getting home to the villa each day and like magic, all of your photos have downloaded and you can sit and look at them together or send some home to the UK via WhatsApp and make everyone jealous ☺

The free Memory Maker was already linked to your account when you linked your tickets. Therefore, there's nothing else to link. Hence why it asks you to purchase or link another Memory Maker (although why you would want to do this, I don't know).

The photos don't actually appear in the Memory Maker section of MDE. The photos are PhotoPass photos and appear in the "My Photos" section of MDE. All Memory Maker does is gives you the ability to download the PhotoPass photos.
