11:07am worked for us last Monday. Got FoP as we were stood in the queue for Navi River so that worked well. Found the time on TouringPlans, and it's the time they're swearing by for the moment - I'm sure Disney will change it again soon though!

For future reference - how do you find the time on TouringPlans please?

I was there this week on Monday and had no luck refreshing from 10:15 till about 10:50. I gave up then, I guess prematurely.
Good for those that are successful but it doesn't seem to be consistent.
