BA Executive Benefits Vs Budget Car Rental?
We were probably too impulsive, but the way the exchange rate has been sinking, we decided to book our car for next summer rather than wait. (17 days rental out of Tampa).

Best price we saw for a Suburban or similar was with Budget, if we booked via BA Executive Club membership. (£300 cheaper than the same vehicle group from sister company Avis, also via BA... go figure!).

This was the first time we've ever seen Budget as an option via BA, but they seem to treat Budget and Avis differently despite effectively being the same company... the Budget car rental doesn't show as a BA related booking under Manage My Booking.

But I can link to the booking on the hotelsandcars.ba.com website via BA Executive Club.

Does anyone know if free 2nd driver (other than spouse) remains a BA loyalty benefit with Budget?
